At Michael’s it is our goal to ensure that each guest has a great dining experience. We believe that you’ll enjoy our unique concept, as it offers a great selection of made from scratch menu items.
For that reason, we use only fresh chicken, fresh hand cut steaks, hand pattied fresh angus beef burgers, house made salad dressings and we only use fresh Boston butts for our famous BBQ.
A LIL BIT ‘BOUT OUR BBQ PROCESS
We start with only fresh meats, NEVER frozen! We rub it lovingly with our own tasty creation of Herbs, Spices and Dry Rubbed Seasonings. We then fire up the pit with Hickory.
We smoke our meat for 18-20 hours, over hot sweet embers, This process gives our true smoked meats a “PINK HEW”. So just sit back and sink your teeth into our fall-off-the-bone, best slow cooked BBQ in East Tennessee.
